Something I have struggled with is putting myself out there. In my field of work, this is a necessity. So before getting my first job working for my local community television, I decided I would get used to the feeling of embarrassment. The more I live, the more I realize that growth is just getting used to embarrassment and learning to accept your shortcomings as well as your strengths.
